We have been using VIP Cleaning for several years now. They are always punctual, discreet and professional. Paul has very high standards and this shows in his work ethic and attention to detail. Had Peter and Lynette come and quote to clean our house. Advised them up we needed the service provided once a month only. They provided a quote, we agreed on a price, and set a date for the first clean. We were pretty happy with the result except for a couple of items. I sent a message to Peter to point these out, advising it wasn’t a problem and that I just wanted it noted. I never received a reply. A couple of days later I received an email telling us that they did not have the time available to do our home once a month and that if we wanted them to continue we had to agree to them doing it twice a month. Apparently it takes less time to clean a house two times than one time. They were also telling us that cleaning our windows once a month was overkill, pretty much implying we were idiots for wanting that even though we were paying extra for it. Essentially they were great up front and then for some reason turned nasty. I can recommend the cleaner, she did ok, but not the people who employed her. No hard feelings in this review, just telling as it is, you make your own decision. New comment - I thank the owner for their view and thank them for agreeing that we had clearly negotiated monthly cleaning and that they had agreed to the price and the monthly cleaning cycle. We did not have a cleaner in for some time before there first clean which showed the standard our house was kept and the first clean took 3.5 hours. So I am not sure where they think that the time, cost and monthly cycle wasn't factored in. In the end I guess they were just hoping we would go to fortnightly cleaning and they would get more money from us. When it was clear they wouldn't get that they told us (by email, could even call us) to go get someone else. I will leave it up to the readers to determine what level of service this equates to.
